Glowbeam is designed around the idea that wage information is sensitive and should be treated with care. We link submissions to user accounts for verification and moderation, but we present wage data in aggregate, rather than as a browsable list of individual users.

Uploaded documents, such as invoices or reports, are used only to validate wage entries and for internal review by authorized admins. They are not shared publicly, and we aim to keep only what is necessary for verification.

As the platform evolves, we plan to expand our privacy and data-handling documentation, including more detailed retention policies and tooling for users to review or remove their contributions where appropriate.
